1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

 

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions below.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns (Conditions)

 

Due to the intimate nature of personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. A product is eligible for return or replacement ONLY if:

  1. It is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

  2. It is an incorrect item that was shipped by mistake.

  3. The product is UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, and in its original, sealed packaging. Returns for a change of mind or dislike will not be accepted if the hygiene seal or box is opened/tampered with.

 

3. The Return Process (How to Initiate a Return)

 

To ensure a smooth process, you must follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Notification: Within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, you must notify our customer support team to customercare@happy-me.in or lijov.ni@gmail.com if you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

  2. Required Evidence: You must provide clear evidence of the issue. This is non-negotiable for damage claims.

    • Mandatory: A video of the package being opened (unboxing video) showing the damaged product clearly.

    • Required: Clear photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping box.

  3. Return Authorization: Once we verify the damage or error, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the return shipment.

  4. Shipping the Product:

    • In case of a verified defective/damaged item, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location.

    • If reverse pickup is not possible at your location, we will request you to ship the product back to the provided return address and will reimburse the shipping cost (up to ₹100 once the courier receipt is shared with us.

 

4. Refunds and Replacements

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team and passes the verification process:

  • Replacement: For verified defective/damaged items, we will ship a free replacement product to you within 3-5 business days.

  • Refund: If you opt for a refund, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account/UPI/credit card) within 5-7 business days
